Service

Approximately every 12 months, native bees can be propagated, including by means of splitting in half to create two colonies. Having more than one hive creates backup and redundancy in your native bee apiary.

Included in the price is
1x Empty native beehive
1x Splitting service
1x Travel to your hive location.

Areas serviced are Redland City, Redlands Coast, Brisbane City, Ipswich & Moreton Bay. If you are outside this area please contact us as we area frequently out checking hives and could still schedule you in.

If you are new to stingless Australian native bees it is recommended to split at least once. Having 2 hive as a backup is a good idea.
